No. We can plan the full trip or just the parts you want handled. Most clients start with one or two services and add more once they see how the coordination works.
Is there a membership or planning fee?
There is no membership and no annual fee to plan a trip with us. Any service specific fees, such as restaurant reservation access, are laid out before you commit.
How far ahead should I plan a Miami trip?
The more notice the better for villas, yachts and peak nights, but we handle short notice trips regularly. Send us your dates and we will tell you what is realistic.
Who handles the trip once it starts?
One concierge owns your trip from arrival to departure and stays reachable the whole time, so if plans change mid trip you message one number and we adjust.
