Is Golden Palm a membership club?
No. There is no membership, no application and no annual fee. Book one yacht day or an entire week. You receive the same concierge either way.
How does Golden Palm vet its yachts, villas and vehicles?
Every vessel, property and vehicle in our fleet is inspected and operated by partners we work with directly and repeatedly. We do not list assets we have not seen, and we do not confirm a booking we are not certain of.
What happens if something goes wrong during my booking?
Your concierge stays reachable for the entire duration of your booking, not just until payment clears. If a captain runs late, a table moves or plans change mid day, you message one number and we solve it.
