The Dawn is the Rolls-Royce convertible, a four seat open car built for exactly the kind of weather Miami has most of the year. Its 6.6 litre twin-turbo V12 makes 563 horsepower, and the power soft top drops quietly so the drive along the water feels as calm as the cabin.
We have five: two in black over red, one in satin white over red, one in silver over red, and a Black Badge. The Black Badge is the most powerful of them, 593 horsepower and 0 to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds against 4.9 for the others. Every Dawn is $1,499 a day.

Why the Dawn
Most convertibles seat two. The Dawn seats four in comfort, so a couple can bring friends to dinner with the roof down. It is rear wheel drive with an eight speed automatic and a 155 mph top speed, tuned for an easy, smooth drive rather than lap times.
That makes it a natural fit for anniversaries, proposals and wedding weekends, where the photos matter.
Where to Take It
Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue at sunset, the Venetian Causeway between Miami Beach and the mainland, and a slow drive through Coconut Grove are made for a Dawn with the top down.
