Villa Crest is a newly completed modern estate sitting on more than an acre, and it is built to blend architecture with nature. Arrival is through a zen forest entryway lined with floor to ceiling limestone, which sets the tone before you even reach the door.

Inside, double height ceilings and walls of glass look out onto water elements, sunlight and foliage, so the landscape is present in almost every room.

Inside the Home

At more than 8,000 square feet, the estate has space most rentals cannot match: a media room, a gym, a large den and smart home technology throughout, with high end finishes in every room.

The kitchen is a Dada Italian design fitted with Wolf and SubZero appliances, a serious setup for anyone who likes to cook, and two driveways make arrivals easy for a larger group.

Outdoor Living

The grounds are set up for alfresco dining, with a barbecue, outdoor furniture and beach chairs, all inside a gated property.

The Neighborhood

Pinecrest is a quiet residential village south of Miami known for its large lots, which is exactly why an estate of this size fits here.
