About Amazónico Miami
Amazónico Miami is without question the most extraordinary new restaurant to open in Miami in years — a $30–40 million, three-floor immersive dining and nightlife experience at 800 Brickell Avenue that has taken the city by storm since its October 2025 opening. The concept brings the sensory world of the Amazon rainforest into Brickell's concrete jungle through deep greens, volcanic stone, dark tropical woods, and woven textures that transport you somewhere entirely different the moment you walk through the door. The ground floor restaurant features an open kitchen and an exceptional menu of ancestral Latin American dishes — wagyu tostadas with Baeri caviar, A5 Kagoshima nigiri with black truffle, line-caught sea bass over open fire, Maine lobster with coconut bisque risotto, and picanha rodizio grilled on the spit. The second floor lounge features mirrored ceilings, a sushi counter, resident DJs and percussionists, and a private jungle-inspired dining room. The third floor rooftop bar offers panoramic Brickell skyline views, a glowing Peacock Bar, and LED-panelled DJ booth. And above it all — Selva, Brickell's newest nightclub, channeling the untamed spirit of the jungle with an exclusive guest list and some of the best international DJs in Miami. Amazónico is currently the hottest reservation in Brickell — tables book out 30 days in advance and weekend waitlists regularly exceed 1,000 guests. Golden Palm Hospitality secures priority reservations across all floors and arranges the full experience from arrival to last call.

Miami's Most Immersive Dining and Nightlife Experience
Amazonico Miami is in a category of its own. The fifth location of the globally celebrated Spanish concept, and the most elaborate of them all, Amazonico Miami sits at 800 Brickell Avenue and spans three full floors of restaurant, lounge, bars, private dining rooms, and rooftop. The estimated construction and design cost ran between $30 and $40 million and every dollar of it is visible from the moment you walk in. The concept draws inspiration from the Amazon River and its surrounding countries, blending Latin American flavors with Asian and Mediterranean influences to create a menu and atmosphere that is genuinely unlike anything else in Miami. Deep greens, volcanic stone, dark tropical woods, woven textures, and an exuberant rainforest environment create the feeling of being transported to the jungle while dining at one of the world's most sophisticated restaurants. Golden Palm Hospitality works directly with Amazonico's management team to secure reservations for our clients when standard channels are unavailable.
